“People are capable, at any time in their lives, of doing what they dream of.”
-Paulo Coehlo
I know this. I’ve experienced this. I’ve helped others experience this. My life’s work is to help more people realize this, believe this, and then experience it. And it is so frustrating to see so many people not believe that they can achieve what they dream. And it’s even more frustrating to see so many people not even know what they want to dream. Don’t let others' (or society's) narratives keep you from living the life you dream of. First, discover your own Authentic dreams, make the adjustments in your life needed to bring your Self into alignment with your dream, believe in it, and begin moving toward it. So when you share your vision, don’t be surprised if others don’t get it and even try to talk you out off pursuing it. I’ve pursued a variety of paths that didn’t make sense to others,...
“How you gonna win when you ain’t right within?” -Lauryn Hill It’s fitting that this quote popped into my sphere of consciousness today. After a couple of client meetings and some planning, I spent most of the afternoon finishing the first issue of a new project called 12:24; this creative work has led me to change the format of The Weekly Notes. Long story short, and to keep this from being too promotional of the new newsletter, 12:24 is where I’ll be writing to help athletes improve their...
