“The more I practice, the luckier I get.”
- Gary Player
Whether it’s practice or doing the things aligned with your authentic life, “luck” will find its way to you. And when it does, you will know it is anything but luck because you understand all of the hard work, belief, visualization, and focus are what created this “luck”--it’s only luck to those on the outside. When you are aligned, connected with your Self, and moving in the direction of your authentic life doors magically open, introductions are made, finances fall into place, and almost everything just seems to go your way—even the “failures” end up working out in your favor. All of this “luck” happens to you because you are on the path to your authentic life; of course, things will go your way when you are fulfilling the destiny you were created for. So, yes, you can create your own “luck”—it won’t necessarily feel like luck to you, but others will see it as such. Don’t believe me… Take some time and think about a time you were “lucky” and reflect on the events leading up to that luck, what you did then, how you felt, and what happened after you became lucky. I’m willing to bet you’ll notice that you had a much bigger role in the “luck” than you realized at the time. Luck is just another form of synchronicity with God and The Universe, and the more aligned you are with your authentic life, the more “lucky” you’ll appear to be. 🎧 Listen to today's Note on the LifeDesign+ podcast. “Freedom is the only worth goal in life. It is won by disregarding things that lie beyond our control.” - Epictetus Over the last couple of years I’ve learned how important my freedom is–it’s been an essential consideration in some major decisions I’ve made and it will always be. For me, freedom is the ability to do things the way I feel is best; the ability to experiment and explore different versions of my Self; the ability to structure my life so I can be present with my family and still...
Every once in a while a Daily Note needs to be a little self-promotional–after all, if I’m not going to promote my work, who will? And truthfully, this self-promotion is less about me and more about my friend Breanna Rae Blaney; Bre was my guest on the latest LifeDesign+ podcast last week.
