the energy of those around you

I met with a client I’ve been working with for almost a year, and we reflected on the success we've both been having. I reminded him that I came into 2026 saying (and believing) that anyone close to me was going to have a great year—I came into the year riding a powerful wave, and I felt that anyone on that wave with me was going to have a great year too. And this has been true—not just him, but the other clients I’ve been coaching, my closest friends, even clients I’ve been working with for years. But here’s the thing. The wave we’re riding continues to move with strength NOT because of me. Yes, I am providing a high frequency of energy to those close to me, but they are also returning the energy. Maybe I’m the conduit that allows the energy to circulate amongst all of us—the positive and successful energy of one client comes back to me and makes its way to another client. I’m not sure exactly how it works, and I don’t really care. All I know is that everyone I’m surrounded by who is either living or pursuing their Authentic Life is doing really well right now on all fronts—personal, professional, and health. I’m hoping to continue to channel this energy and have it begin to spread through these Daily Notes, the AlignedLife podcast, and the AlignedLife Community coming later this fall. I can’t prove it to you, but I know it’s not a coincidence that my prediction coming into the year has been right—there’s something about the energetic flow of the people around you. It’s contagious and will flow to those open to it and able to operate from the higher frequency. What does the energy of the people you are working with and surrounded by look like?
