money's impact on your soul

“As soon as we become aware of money, we develop beliefs about it, beliefs we cling to, sometimes for the rest of our lives, often at the cost of our souls.”

-George Kinder

It might seem extreme to say that your beliefs about money, especially those that you developed without being aware of, can cost you your soul, but if you think about it, it’s true.

If your beliefs about money prevent you from becoming the person you were created to be by keeping you in relationships, careers, and living a life misaligned with your authentic Self then your soul never gets the opportunity to fulfill its destiny.

And not only will these beliefs rob your soul, but they will rob your physical Self as well, as a life controlled by false narratives about money will rob you of happiness, contentment, and fulfillment.

Money isn’t the most important thing in life, but it is still an important aspect of life because we cannot escape it.

Money touches everything.

Which is why it is so important to have a healthy and abundant relationship with it.

Money should fuel your soul, not silence it.

See you tomorrow and keep pursuing,

Love. Love is the answer. We enter this world in a natural state of love – it’s all we know how to do; just watch a group of young kids play. It doesn’t matter what the other kids look like, what belief system their family has, where they came from, or what sports team their parents root for. None of that matters because they don’t see any differences–they just see another human being because they are operating from a place of love. Read any book on consciousness, and love is one of the...

Routines are great, but sometimes they need to be adjusted. Make sure you stay adaptable to the adjustments you might need to make within your daily routines An example of this is writing my Daily Note. It has become clear to me that shifts I’ve made in my morning routine require me to adjust when I write my Daily Note (you’ll notice this is hitting your inbox in the evening instead of the morning). If I want the Daily Note to continue being something that is delivered in the morning, I need...

Inauthenticity. A cause of burnout that no one talks about is inauthenticity. This inauthenticity is not always by choice, and often, it’s not even something the individual is aware of. Waking up every day and putting on the act of being someone you aren’t or don’t want to be is exhausting. This “act” often comes in the form of our professional Self, however, there are many suffering from inauthenticity in relationships, friendships, and other areas of life. Life is exhausting enough without...
