fresh beginnings

“Every moment is a fresh beginning.”
-T.S. Eliot

T.S. Eliot offers us some great news.

No matter what just happened, you are now at a starting point for a fresh beginning.

You don’t have to carry the past forward if it doesn't align with where you are going, who you want to become, or no longer serves you.

Leave it.

Start new.

What would the future version of your Self do?

Do that.

We always have the opportunity to reinvent our Self and move closer to our Authentic Self, and it starts in this moment.

JC

That day trip to California stayed with me through the week, and I had a busy week of client meetings, so as I've written about in the past, I listened to my body and rested when I could. If you could choose to do just a few things a day, what would they be? For me, it’d be a lot of Self, family, and clients.
