daily activities

If you could choose to do just a few things a day, what would they be?

For me, it’d be a lot of Self, family, and clients.

If I think about the details, I almost think of it as an ideal day exercise—just without assigning time:

Meditate.
Journal in notebook.
Light exercise like Peloton or walking.
Morning family routine.
Hot yoga.
Weightlifting.
Creative work.
Client work.
Creative work.
Conversation with interesting people.
Creative work.
Family time.
Walk outside (weather permitting).
Journal in notebook.
Meditate.

Really only a few things—taking care of spirit, mind, and body, time with clients and other people, and family.

What does your list look like?

Can you add more of it to your daily life?

See you tomorrow and keep pursuing,

JC

I hope you had a great week; I kept it a little lighter on writing and recording this week, but I've got some great AlignedLife podcast episodes coming and a list of longer-form content I want to write. That day trip to California stayed with me through the week, and I had a busy week of client meetings, so as I've written about in the past, I listened to my body and rested when I could. Let's get to the Notes... 📝 this week's Daily Notes 9.14.26 #1302 the flow of money 9.15.26 #1303 twenty...

“If you’re willing to fail interestingly, you tend to succeed interestingly.” -Edward Albee To the outside world, aspects of your Authentic Life will look “interestingly”.
