“We live in a universe made up of energy and surrounded by energy. Because we all share in the universal energy that unifies us, no compartment of life is shut off from another. The smallest parts of life and matter reflect the properties of the universe as a whole. Physicist David Bohm called this the holographic universe: every aspect of our lives has a reflection in every other aspect. The means how you do money is how you do life. Our relationship with money is a metaphor for our relationship with all forms of energy: time, physical, vitality, enjoyment, creativity, and the support of friends.”
-Dr. Maria Nemeth, The Energy of Money I’ve noticed in my personal experience and in some of those with clients that the more aligned you become with spirit, mind, and body, the easier it is to change your relationship with money. If you're stuck living a misaligned life, reading that money is a source of energy, you have influence and even control over, it probably comes across as tone deaf or disingenuous. But, as you get closer to your authentic Self you begin to see the world in a different light, including money, and realize that many of the stories you’ve been told aren’t actually true–their truth was that they became self-fulfilling prophecies. I hope that by challenging you to view your relationship with money, I can help you remove the limiting beliefs and false narratives you’ve been told and even experienced, freeing you to see and use money as a plentiful tool when pursuing your authentic life. One important caveat: While money is abundant, it does not mean that it will always be “easy” to increase the amount that you have—abundance doesn’t mean easy; it means possible and accessible. I love how Dr. Nemeth connects your energetic relationship with money to the other energetic relationships in your life. Do a quick check. Does your relationship with money mirror other relationships in your life? How does that make you feel? Growth comes from being challenged. I’ll be challenging you more here and on the AlignedLife Substack, where I’ll focus primarily on money. I'll ask you to examine your beliefs, identify the false narratives that have been controlling you, and look at the world through different lenses. My challenges won’t promise quick and easy fixes–in fact, I think most of the answers you’ll discover will be challenging. My challenges will promise to help you find a path where you didn’t believe one existed–not just with money, but with spirit, mind, and body. Everything is connected, and as Dr. Nemeth shares, working on one area will improve the others through that connection–it’s why the alignment of spirit, mind, body, and money works. See you tomorrow and keep pursuing, JC |

“It takes a certain kind of madness to go all in. Not talent. Not luck. Madness. Because most people need a safety net. A backup plan. A way out. But the ones who actually make something of themselves? They burn the boats. Not because it’s smart, but because they see what they’re capable of. Going all in doesn’t make sense. It’s not logical. It’s not safe. It’s a full-body yes in a world that worships hesitation. But 80% in only gets you 20% back, whilst 100% in gets you 1000% back. Because...

On Dr. David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness, fear is towards the bottom of the chart. It is described as an emotional state of anxiety and a frightened view of life. This hardly sounds like a state of being from which you would want to operate, but many of us cannot escape fear in our lives. Even those of us who tend to tilt toward the higher levels of consciousness still fall victim to operating from a place of fear in some aspects of our lives. Sometimes fear can be reasonable or even...
