Let today be the day you start believing in your Self a little more. The final part of Dispenza's quote should be enough to make you look more positively at yourself: "...turn your dreams into your reality." When I read that, I immediately replace "dreams" with "authentic life." I think they are one and the same, and you aren't going to move toward your authentic life and all of the amazing things that will come with it if you don't start believing in your Self.
