I hope you had a great week! Sorry I didn't send a Weekly Note last week, I was in Asheville, North Carolina, giving a talk with a family titled Money, Values, & Wealth (I hope the hip-hop fans read that and hear the Lox Money, Power, & Respect beat). It was a great weekend and a great talk, but I didn't have time to get out a Weekly Note. This week, it's just Daily Notes, as I spent most of the latter part of the week working on tomorrow's issue of 12:24, my newsletter for athletes. You will enjoy the long-form essays I send twice a month, even if you aren't an athlete. This issue is all about the Self, and you can check it out here tomorrow after 12:24 PM when it drops. You can also check out issue 000 that dropped on 10.1.26. I'm hoping to have a new episode of AlignedLife back this week from my video editors to share with you in next week's Weekly Note--it's a phenomenal conversation with my friend Jeff Williams. Let's get to the Notes... 📝 this week's Daily Notes10.05.26 #1320 witnessing delusion 10.06.26 #1321 tension 10.07.26 #1322 how we give our gift 10.09.26 #1323 the problem isn't always where we think it is 10.10.26 #1324 trust your heart 10.11.26 #1325 is it your heart or head leading you? From experience, I can say that over time, you can learn to identify whether it is your heart or your mind leading you. I can also say that even with a better understanding, sometimes it can be tricky to tell which is leading. When your heart is leading you, which is the one you want leading, you are more likely to find discomfort....

I made my return to the hot yoga studio today after a break. I expected that I wouldn’t be able to hold the poses as I could when I was in class four times a week. Surely my absence would have cost me mobility and yoga strength. I was right. But my reduced mobility wasn't caused by what I expected. I assumed it would be my hamstrings, calves, and hips that would be the problem areas—and maybe they would have been, but it was another area that impacted my ability to hold poses like normal. My...
