Putting our Selves in a position of independence should be a goal for everyone, and by independence I am thinking professionally first, but ultimately any situation you find your Self dependent on others. It doesn’t mean that you have to leap into independence, but making sure that you can escape to independence if you ever need to is becoming a must. I’ve been thinking a lot about the ESPN firing of Ryan Clark and other longtime employees and how it was done in such a heartless way, at least...
