“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the energy you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”
- Albert Einstein
This goes against what we’re taught. It seems unbelievable and impossible. If you’re not happy with the life you are experiencing…try changing your energy (your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs) to match the life you want to have. What do you have to lose? The worst-case scenario is that you stay stuck in the same life experiences you are already in–you’re not worse off. However, if Einstein is correct, which I believe he is, then you have a life that is better than you can imagine to gain—you can begin living your authentic life. This is a low-risk, infinite-reward opportunity. Give it a try. See you tomorrow and keep pursuing, JC |
I'm on a mission to help more people find and live their authentic life. Check out my Daily Notes where I write a short note each day about the connection of spirit, mind, body and money on the Pursuit of your authentic life.
“Here’s my point: the solution to an overbusy life is not more time. Instead of rushing from school drop off to the gym to the office and into meetings, I had nothing on my calendar until the afternoon. I recalled an experience earlier this year where I walked to my local coffee...
Little did I know on December 30th, 2022, that I was writing the first of 1,000 (and soon to be more) Daily Notes. I didn’t set out to start a consistent writing practice. I had no expectations. And if I’m being honest, I probably didn’t expect to keep writing beyond a month or two. But here I am, writing the 1,000 Daily Note since that trip to Marco Island, with only three missed days. Except for waking up each day, these Daily Notes have been the most consistent thing I’ve ever done. The...
“Belief comes before ability.” - David Senra I’ve been a fan of the podcast Founders for a while now. When I saw that the host, David Senra, was starting another podcast where he actually talks to successful entrepreneurs, leaders, and CEOs instead of just reading their biographies, it became an automatic add to the podcasts I subscribe to. In his first episode with Daniel Ek, Senra repeated something I’ve heard him say numerous times on Founders, “Belief comes before ability.” This rhymes...
