curiosity won't kill you

You probably know the old proverb, “Curiosity killed the cat.” I’m sure at some point in your life, someone has recited that to you in order to keep you from exploring your curiosity.

But did you know that the cat’s “death” is only half the actual saying?

The second part says, “but satisfaction brought it back,” which suggests that the result of the curiosity was worth the risk.

It’s interesting that society has chosen to leave out the proverb's positive aspect and has allowed it to become a limiting reminder not to explore your curiosity.

Let others be held back because of an old, edited phrase. Explore your curiosity–it’s an important part of your Authentic Life.

See you tomorrow and keep pursuing,

Do without expectation of anything in return, and you might find your Self receiving more than you could have ever imagined. See you tomorrow and keep pursuing, JC
