Do you have trouble reaching your goals? Maybe your goals aren’t aligned with your Authentic Life? Instead of thinking you aren’t “good enough”, reevaluate the goal(s) you are pursuing and be honest with you Self whether or not they are goals you actually care about, are called to, and are aligned with your Authentic Life. Sometimes we come up short on goals because we have to try something different or work a little harder—notice I didn’t say fail because there is no such thing as failure, only lessons to be learned. Sometimes we come up short on goals because we’re not supposed to be pursuing them. We don’t achieve them because they aren’t meant for us. I wish I could tell you it’s easy to know whether or not your goals are aligned—it’s not always. But, I can tell you the more aligned you are, the more in touch with your intuition, and the more you listen to your body, the easier it becomes to recognize misalignment. The more aligned your goals are, the more likely you are to achieve them—don’t mistake this as saying the achievement will be easy because it won’t be. But, aligned goals will have a higher achievement than misaligned ones. See you tomorrow and keep pursuing, JC |

And, I know exactly why my body has been telling me to rest; it’s a lag from my trip to Joshua Tree last week. But, it’s not the lag you might be...

I hope you're having a great weekend! This week I spent a couple of days in Joshua Tree for the Integrated Wealth Advisor program I am participating in, and it was such a magical and productive time in the desert. The beginning of the program has been primarily focused with deepening my understanding of my own relationship with money and my Self--the statement "you can only take someone as far as you've gone your Self" in practice. The trip to Joshua Tree was the transition to how we can...
